It seems as though nashua does not have anyone that is capable of taking responsibility? I have spoken to Ronsely Jacobs (an agent), Janine Marais who is a manager but hopeless as she keeps passing the bug. Then logged a complaint which was attended by Bianca Stirlin who does not know anything but depends on other departments for answers and not so good in understanding a customers complaint but work for a complains department? I have sent an email close to 3 weeks ago and she still has not responded. I now want to speak to the CEO even if it means i must make an appointment to see him. This has been such a bad experience in my entire life and i never ever want to do anything with nashua mobile. Can somebody please assist in setting up an appointment
