MTN has surely the worst service in the country. if not the world
You never get any feedback as promised when following up the person who originally helped you either is no longer with the company or mysteriously disappeared
We have queried money going off an account on numerous occasions without feedback received yet for a couple of months thereafter the problem seem to disappear only to find it popping up again
We have 5 of exactly the same phones (Blackberry 9790) in our household with my daughters with exactly the same contracts. Two daughters does exactly the same as the third, yet the third daughter is being debited (Please take note they are not suppose to debit any of these as it is part of the free service offered on the contract)
Today my daughter sits next to me accessing Facebook, refreshing Facebook and then clearing history, money being deducted for this
Phoning 808, Letshego tells me my daughter is not being honest with me. What I then clearly take from this he is making myself and my daughter liars as she was sitting next to me. Asking to speak to a supervisor is wishful thinking
Pathetic service and customer service is still giving them a compliment
