Vodacom or Blackberry should inform their blackberry clients that Whatsapp is not covered by BIS anymore. I thought some1 was stealling my airtime, only to find I'm being charged for the use of Whatsapp. In the past I wasn't charged for it, when did it start? Y was I not. Informed?
