On the 8th October 2013 I went to Tygervalley Vodacom Shop to do a sim swap due to blocking the Puk no I error. The sim has never been registered and they keep promising that they will rectify it. I then spoke to the Manager Ulricht and he said that he will sort it out. Never happened.no calls from him. It's been going on for a month now. Don't they care about prepaid clients?? The cell no is 0826604594
