Signed up for uncapped, 2 meg internet connection. Fine for first few months but since June the service has beeb unstable. More off than on. Calling the support system elicits an automated response: ' welcoming you to the home of pure internet joy'. Responsibility for unstable connection blamed on Telcom. So caught.between the devil and the deep blue sea... Lovely supportive voices of x, y and z. Unfortunately I still need my phone to read my mail. Need R2500.00 return of payment for service promised but not delivered.
