HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I APPLIED FOR A CONTRACT WITH CELL C, UPON FOLLOWING UP, MY ADDRESS WAS CAPTURED INCORRECTLY, I LIVE IN A DIRRECT PROVINCE, I WAS CAPTURED AS A HOSTESS (IM MALE BY THE WAY) WORKING IN IT.
EVERYTIME I WANNA FOLLOW UP WITH MAKING SURE DETAILS ARE CAPTURED CORRECTLY, IM PUT THROUGH TO THE WRONG DEPARTMENT, TELEPHONE SKILLS ARE LACKING, IM NOT BEING ASKED TO HOLD, IM NOT ASKED TO REPEAT, THE MALE CONSULTANT PUT ME ON HOLD FOR MINUTES IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION,

IF CELL C WANTS TO COMPETE! OR BE AT THE SAME LEVEL AS VODACOM!!! THEY NEED TO FIRE THE LAST MAN I SPOKE TO TODAY AT EXACLTY 16:03 FROM THE NUMBER 010 226 468*! HE IS GOING TO DRAG THAT COMPANY DOWN.

MY CONTRACT IS GOING TO PAY YOUR SALARY! WHY WOULD YOU WANNA TREAT ME LIKE A PROBLEM WHEN ALL IM TRYING TO DO IS MAKE SURE THINGS ARE IN ORDER AS YOU HAVE ALREADY PROVEN TO BE UNRELIABLE AS FAR AS CAPTURING CUSTOMER INFORMATION!!!

HE ISNT HAPPY ABOUT WHAT HE DOES!!! HE IS CLEARLY THERE CAUSE HE DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO.
