The Telkom infrastructure was upgraded in Wingate park Pretoria during 05/11 and since then the line has not been working - only a LOT of static. A fault was reported at the call center, 575CTK051113 for assistance. I have been contacting the call center on a daily basis, but that does not seem to help either. Still no response, still no service. still no working line.
Telkom - get your act together!!
