BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good morning

I would like to complain about the bad customer service from the MTN call centre (083 123 3667), The person on the other side could not assist me and is not able to let me know if my phone has gone for dispatching, and yesterday when i called the same number to find out why i haven't received the phone as yet the person actually only then dispatched my phone. So why is it that one person can dispatch my phone and the other person don't know how to check if it actually is dispatched.
I think that MTN should train the staff properly as some of the staff is still not familiar with he system.
And he still have the decency to tell me i must not tell him how to do his job. Where did the customer service go to?
Really I thought Government is bad but i think the private sector just took over.

Can someone call me to let me know when i will receive my upgrade.
