I was shopping around for a new ISP, and sent emails to all the major ISP's in SA, describing my specific needs. I received a very helpful, almost instant reply from Leon at Openweb, with a package tailored to my needs. Since it was almost month end, they even gave me a no obligation trail account to test their network, and it is everything I had hoped for.
