Telkom Mix
I have been to the Telkom Direct branch here in Cape Town, Canal Walk probably about 8 times to inquire about the 2 year upgrade that is due. I have been given the run around as to when this will take place. Before my upgrade was due which was on the 5th August 2013, I wanted to make sure that the upgrade was happening and was told on numerous occasions that they were not sure what was happening and then told that by the time of my upgrade (5th August 2013) everything will be ready.
I then came in and then was told no that by the middle of August they should have everything finalized and ready I then came in again on the 15th August and again was told they didn't know what was happening and that I should come in on the 25th August, only to be told on the 25th August that it will be at the end of the month. Now I am at the stage where I don't know what to believe and who I need to contact to get answers as to what is happening and when it is happening and what the different options are.
If you are able to give me some details I would really appreciate it.
This service delivery is shocking and really a very bad reflection on Telkom.
