It says that Enocenciah pale is looking into it on the 1/11/2013 I logged a call on the 31st, we are on the 6th still no update when I was told 24 hours...

I would like this looked into it ASAP or demand my next month to be on the house, this is now disgusting service I hate you guys its horrible to thing that I have had contracts with you for 6 years and you are doing this type of bs
