I have call catcher on my phone. When a message is left I normally get a diffirent tone to dialing tone this is not happening. I phoned the call centre today, and was told to dail 10210 option 1, 3. This was for internet queries, I told her my story, she put me through to how to load prepaid on your phone. I dont have a clue how theses two people came up with that. I phoned back and repeated my story for thrid time. This person told me that the service had been deactivated on my account, and that she would reactivate it. Well it still has NOT been activated. How must I sort this matter out??? They wont give me a reference number. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving, and to me this amounts to.
