I ordered a land line and ADSL line on 7 October 2013. After exactly two weeks I called the service line and was told it would take 30 days from the day I ordered it.
One month later, today, 6 November, when the call center tells me it will only be done in January!
Why did I just confirm three methods of contact when NO ONE contacted me?
That is what you get when a company has no major competition in the country, sloppy service, plain right bad service!
