I am working for a mobile development company and one of our Clients have created a vendor account on the Blackberry App World. The account is currently disabled. I have done some research online and it seems a lot of people are facing the same issue when registering a new account. Some have mentioned it has been months since they have registered and the accounts have still not been activated.
I have tired contacting Blackberry SA Support but I have had no response. I have posted on twitter as well to @BlackBerry_ZA who then finally referred me to @blackberryhelp. I have had no response from them. Can somebody please give me an email address where I can contact a support team who can provide me the status of the account?
We need this account activated as soon as possible as we need to release the application etc.
