NO RESPONSE TO QUERIES
I requested an itemised billing report on one of my data accounts for a specific month. After 2 weeks - still nothing. I phoned again - 3 people later - a bill was mailed. However, it was not what I requested and paid for. I phoned again - got a new ref no and waited the 48hrs - NOTHING! I phoned again, new reference no, and still NOTHING! It has been 3 weeks now and Vodacom is still ignoring me.
