IS THIS A TO OUR MONEY

I have applied for a loan with MobiMoola 5 weeks ago, but I have never received any response and the money was never paid into my account although I was told by them that it will take 48 hours for the money to be paid into my bank account.

I have queried every week, always promised that the money will be paid into my account the following day. I waited and waited until I gave up, but to my surprise my account was debited by the end of the month, when I called I was told this is a once off fee.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE SERVICE THAT I DO NOT ENJOY THE BENEFIT?

I have been calling their customer service line to get answers and to try and apply for a new loan, but I was send from pillar to post, promising to call me back which they never did, even yesterday I spoke to Jacques, he said he will get a supervisor by the name of Vuyelwa to call me before the end of business, but they never did.

I have spend more than R150 on telephone calls trying to call their customer care line which you hold for more than 10 minutes before you speak to someone.

IS THIS A TO OUR MONEY OR WHAT? IF THIS IS NOT A, PLEASE FULFILL YOUR PROMISE WHEN YOU CALLED ME TO APPLY FOR THE SERVICE?
