I am writing to inform you that I've recently upgraded my contract to a Samsung S4, which I received on Monday (28 October 2013)
On Friday 1st November 2013, I took the phone out of my pocket and saw that the amoled display had malfunctioned. Hence a small hairline crack on the top left hand corner.
I've had the phone no less than 4 days and it was defective. I logged a call at exactly 10:45 am on Friday morning and was informed that I would be contacted on Monday (4 November) and the phone will be picked up and I would be contacted by a representative.
As I got no response on Monday, I've since logged two more calls and each time got the same response. No one could give me a time or date that they would be able to assist me.
It has been five days, which I have been without a phone and I am strongly considering in canceling my contract!!! The lack of service and delivery is unacceptable!!!
