Sim swap nightmare
Having had your phone and subsequently doing a sim swap with Vodacom has proved to be a nightmare. None of them seem competent enough to reactivate a sim card and you end up being sent from pillar to post. They cannot support or hold their franchised stores accountable. If you aren't fighting them on upgrades you have to fight them on doing their job in keeping you connected. I'm appalled!!!
