No reaction for request for SARS statements

I am trying to obtain 2011/12 statements from Vodacom for now about 4weeks. From customer service to accounts everybody tells you a different story. Client service say 24 hours and accounts say it is not possible. Eventually you get the statements but for the wrong time frame you requested and so it carries on in circles.
If it is not possible to obtain 2011/12's statements just let me have a letter confirming this so that I can present it to Sars.
Please I don't want special service or anything out of the ordinary, just a plain and simple statement, that I am sure is just a press of a button away.
