I called Standard Bank for statements from March 2010 - 2011 for SARS. I was promised they will email it to me within 10 days... they deducted R600 from my account, but I never received the statements. I had to sort SARS out because of the non receipt of the above-mentioned. I have phoned Standard bank since 26 July 2013, I phoned 3 times on Monday, holding for 10 minutes at a time and every time leaving a message for Odette, not once did she returned my calls. I am still waiting, left a message for her Manager, still waiting.
Is this how you treat your customers. Please reverse the R600, due to non existing service.
