I had an upgrade celphone that was delivered to me with a micro-sim. i called Customer Care at 10:00 in the morning. no body could resolve a simple sim-swap until the last of my 6 calls at 18:30 of which the advisor was kind enough to tell me that the simcard that was delivered to me was already allocated to another number, now i have to sit with a non functional phone for i don't know how long because of incompetent & dis-honest advisors who could have told me what was happening uch earlier. I simply cant beleive that after 2 years of beig with them this is the treatment I received. thank you & I will be cancelling this contract & spreading the word to all friends & family who want anything to do with Cell C!!!
