I would just like to compliment one of the staff members of Ocean Basket V&A Waterfront, his name is Thando. From the moment we entered the restuarant yesterday, our waiter was at our beck and call, attending to us with respect and high regard. Thando was very friendly, efficient, caring (kept checking on us to see if we are still ok and if we need anything) but what stood out for me was the great attitude he had and didnt seem tired and lazy like many many waiters i have come across. We felt like his only customers, even though he had a few other tables to his name. Ocean Basket is very lucky to have him as an employee and i hope he will get the recognition he deserves. I have never received such exceptional service from anyone, anywhere! KUDOS to you Thando!
