I got a NEW Vodacom contract on 31/10/2013, I was told to wait 24-48hrs for it to be activated. It is now the 5/11/2013 and it HAS STILL NOT BEEN ACTIVATED!!! I was phoned on the 4th and I was told once again it would be working the next day (5/11/2013) - ITS STILL NOT WORKING!!! i USE THIS PHONE FOR WORK AND I CAN BASICALLY DO NOTHING. The lady that helped me was in such a rush that afternoon. I REGRET OPENING A NEW CONTRACT WITH VODACOM, I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH MTN, MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!! RED IS NOT BETTER!!!
