Billing my cellphone after replying "Stop"

I received an sms from Mira networks, informing me that I am subscribed to Top Photo and to optout I must sms STOP to 44361. I did this immediately and received an sms telling me I have successfully optout. They have ever since billed me R6.15 per day. My cell phone account this month is R422.18 instead of R100. I can't get the money back and I am extremely unhappy. I expect them to refund me R210.33
