After weeks of complaining we found one lovely person Lomarie van Dyk to assist me. After running up and down to Midrand three times due to a useless Huawei phone which they replaced three times. We received authorisation for an exchange. My fiancee went there and got helped by two ladies is Customer Care who clearly don't understand the word Care at all. He got treated like rubbish, didn't get helped properly, almost got forced into taking a phone of their choice just to get rid of him. And he eventually took a phone that was cheaper than the eexchange amount. Then rudely gets told that he won't get a credit for the rest. We lose the credit balance of R1500. Sorry but I won't accept that. I am paying the same installment for a cheaper phone. Doesn't work like that, we wanted to take a tablet for the balance, but got told no. The replacement phone was thrown to him over the counter, no packet no nothing. I am a paying client, and have never not paid. What kind of service is this. I want my outstanding credit, or a tablet or Ipad for the balance. Its my right. I am paying for. The OBF number is RabJGe. Please sort this and please employ people with manners, - none at Vodaworld
