Bad after service and terrible handling

Mtn was suppose to be our new service provider as they have such great ranking well guess what they are the worst. Firstly no contracts was given only the phone, and hey good luck in getting it afterwards I'm still waiting 2 months later, there staff are not trained on prices for insurance as we got quoted completely wrong, the attitude is as if they did it all right and the client is wrong (really why would we complain if it was right) why would we continue to ask for contract if we got it, we pay the dam thing so we are entitled to the contract. The insurance has been changed twice and still not right, and yet its a he say she say thing. I will never recommend anyone to mtn the service to get client to take contract awesome but the service after that is like speaking to a wall and hoping it replies. I contacted the head office and got numbers to call there even that didn't't help cause the sales consultant insists he gave paperwork. all we want is the contract and proper insurance that we were quoted on seriously don't know why its so hard to send it.
