A nightmare of lack of customer service

Took out a 2 gig Vodacom sim (0826154588) packaged through autopage. I logged a query with them and was told that someone would be in touch in 2hrs. Tried 5 time since then with no managers available or avoiding the call and no one to assist.

They did not give the right advice to ensure the datapackage would not run over when taking out the deal and now left with a R2500 bill that should cost R106.

It has now been over 1 month.
Since then Nadine Baxter has been assigned to this, with no progress feedback, and instead of looking at the call recording to check if the right advice has been given at the time of the contract they are busy looking into the URL's data.

As a customer of Autopage for 14 years, this is my worst experience and looking to start taking all my business away from autopage.

Where is you SLA's, does no one monitor them.

PS the only way I get a response from Autopage is through Hello Peter.
