EXTRA BAD SERVICE

I UPGRADED MY ACCOUNT WITH VIRGIN AFTER SOME SERIOUS ISSUES THAT AROSE FROM THEM. I GOT MY BILL AND IT WASSTILL SHOWING THEOLD PACKADGE PRICE AND I CALLED TO ASK HOW COME THE BILL IS THAT WAY N I GOT TOLD THAT THE NEW BILL WILL ONLY BE BILLED END OF NOVEMBER.

NOW SUPRISE SUPRISE MY SERVICE HASBEEN SUSPENDED WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION FROM ANY ONE AT VIRGIN AND WJAT IS MORE APPOLING AND DEMEANING IN ALL THIS IS THE WHOLE WORLD CAN HEAR THIS REDICULOUS MESSAGE BEING PLAYED HI THERE PLS NOTE THAT YOUR SERVICE HASBEEN SUSPENDED LIKE SERIOUSLY? I USED TO BELIEVE THAT VIRGIN HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER BUT I THINK THIS STUNT IS THE WORST EVER IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY.

CLEARLY THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEREFORE THEY SHOULD GET OUT OF THE INDUSTRY RATHER THAT COZ UNNECESSARY STUPID AND REDICULOUS PROBLEMS FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS.
