MTN Tower offline for last 3 days

On Friday we booked a complaint @ MTN call centre 0839001212. Spoke to Kagiso and he gave us. A ref number 3819500. After 24 hours as promised no feedback we called again and was assisted by Garth Nagel who said Katlego never booked any complaint. Garth then booked and gave us ref 710649234. Well once again it is 24 hours and no feedback. In the meantime the whole farming community of Percy Fyve is offline for already 3 days now. Even Telkom is off so there is NO means off communication. MTN is seriously throwing away customers and I suggest they pull up their socks. They are the most expensive network and still they are the only network that has coverage @ Percy Fyve. I need feedback and a technician on site within 24hours. Or I will take this up with Icassa.
