Stop my money!!!

What the is going on? why am i still getting debited for a contract that i cancelled in September already.
After receiving my statement and complaining a "champ" called me and assured me I would not be debited but yet you still take my money. This is now becoming as you have no authorization to debit my account after my contract period. Stop my money!!!
