I reported my telkom internet being down on 25/10/2013.i was told it will be restored in 24 to 48 hours.when i called back i requested to speak to a manager.i was told by that manager (NESS MAISTRY) THAT IT IS A BIB PROBLEM AND IT WILL TAKE 3 TO 4 WORKING DAYS maximun.today is day number 9.my line is still not restored.when i called in today i was told that i technician was assigned.he did not call or come out to me.she tried to call him and got no amswer.i work from home every day that i do not have internet is a problem for me.because of telkoms incompetance i got to deal with 9 days of backlog as well as financial loss.it seems that they do not care for the common man.only the common mans money is good
