So I sent a long mail to complaint about Cell C charging me for stuff I did not ask for. Today - more than a month ago I receive yet another message saying they will cut off my phone if I dont pay an even bigger amount that the last query. So this means after all my calls and conversations they are still billing me for services I firstly did not ask for let alone are getting.
I have received a mail in response from Cell C that they are not happy with the poor service they are giving me and that Mandla would phone me back to sort ou this mess they are creatingin my life yet no one has called or even remembers this case. Each operator tells you a different story everytime you call in and the best one I got today from this cheeky operator is "just pay the money and themn sort it out"???!!!
I think this must go to court. I am a single mother with two kids and I really dont want to loose my job because of sorting out stuff with cell c. I would like to use my time and energy on more productive ways. CELL C, you are incompetent and. I will tell everyone in my knowlege and power how pathetic your service is and I hope all the people will stand with me reading ths mai
