I'm very dissatisfied with the service I have received so far!
1.I was expecting 3GB 3GB, however, I was so shocked when after using 1Gig it said "out of bundle" and used up.
2.The sim card is registered under some else's credentials.
3.I can't Register on your self service portal to at least determine the problem
4. I contacted your call centre agents on several occasions and they couldn't Help, but only tell me to go Alberton Telkom Direct where I received my sim card
5.The Consultant there, simply said I should go home and wait for Next month (november)
im disgusted!! im still getting 1GB instead of 3GB as agreed, initially i thought you said i did not get the full data because i was prorated since my activation date was on 12-10-2013. today starts a new month and i was expecting a full package. please HELP
