I have 2 3G accounts with Vodacom, each with a R50 limit over the monthly bundle. Previous months the account was limited within this amount. This month I received a bill for an extra R300 odd and to expect another R400 for this month.
I phoned Customer care and they said the lock isn't guaranteed, even though the day I implemented it, it was guaranteed to me. They refuse to refund me.
I will be seeking a new provider soon as all my contracts are up for renewal soon.
