OUR OFFICES RELOCATED ON 31 OCTOBER, AND WE INFORMED TELKOM EARLY IN OCTOBER THAT THE LINE WILL NEED TO BE MOVED THEN. WE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION SHORTLY AFTER THAT, THAT A TECHNICIAN WILL BE SENT OUT TO MOVE THE LINE ON THE 31ST. ON THE 30TH WE RECEIVED ANOTHER SMS, REQUESTING US TO CONFIRM WHETHER EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER FOR THE MOVING OF THE LINE THE NEXT DAY, TO WHICH WE REPLIED 'YES'. ON THE 31ST, NO ONE PITCHED, AND TODAY, 11 DAYS LATER, WE ARE STILL WAITING. I MANAGED TO GET HOLD OF THE SUPERVISOR TWICE (DURING NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS) - HE PROMISED THAT HE WILL FOLLOW UP AND GET BACK TO ME, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. WE CAN'T REALLY COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. STRONGLY CONSIDERING NEOTEL, AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE ARE FRUSTRATED WITH TELKOM.
