NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ANY LEVEL

Again a week later i log yet another complaint which is now my 7th one since June of this year.

Finiwe is not prepared to assist me as a client and i REFUSE to have any dealings with her as has an attitude of note and should NOT deal with clients at all.

This morning i get billed almost R1, 000 for a contract which is supposedly to be R130.00 pm? THIS IS ALMOST 10 months billing!!! You want to tell me that you CANNOT sort this out? Come on Cell C, your service is non existent and you keep on replying on Hellopeter that you are "so sorry. Well sorry does not gel anymore as you don't do ANYTHING ABOUT IT, and Finiwe has now blocked the account due to her incompetence.

If this matter is not sorted out by close of business today i will report this to Carte Blance and the highest authorities, as NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.

I will inform everyone i know NOT to sign a contract with you at ANY point, as your service.
