On the 27th of September i signed up for this 2 month off 1mbps contract, on the 1st of November i had an amount of R645 debited from my account, today is the 14th and i still haven't gotten my refund, I've called them countless of times and its either i get empty promises or stupid excuses, maybe i should move back to Telkom, they never gave me any issues!!!
