Got a Giga20 contract on CellC, after 3 months of bad reception, resulting in me being unable to use the data I have been paying for (even though cellc's coverage map shows full coverage), complaints that apparently never even got logged, email replies from cell c staff, that when replied to, sends back an automated message, I have decided to cancel the contract and ask for a refund.
The cancellation was submitted over a month ago, yet I have not been refunded, no confirmation that it will be cancelled, and I am STILL BEING BILLED FOR IT.
