Unhappy right now.
I bought airtime of R80.00 on the 29.10.2013 at 13:03. Received the confirmation immediately of the new balance and talking points however when i checked my balance there was no difference. I urgently need this sorted asap. I called the contact centre 15 minutes after and they told me to wait overnight and then to date no airtime is received.
So went on FB and inboxed them to have this sorted and the individual tells me that i must get in contact with the Mozambique Vodacom and sent me a link. Like really: did you even investigate the nature of my issue. You requested my contact details yet no call. This is BS i need this sorted as soon as possible. I went to an extent of attaching the sms received from the provider including my prepaid sale history from FNB... that just was over looked. Vodacom is world class and i expect the same service as what i perceive it to be...
