Inferior Goods and terrible customer service

Purchased a Capdase Bluetooth keyboard for ipad. The product worked well, however now the battery (internal) is bad and the product can't work unless connect to charge. this defeats the purpose of the product. My problem is with the attitude and unwillingness to help have the battery replaced by Incredible connection and their staff on hand. I have been to Sandton, Centurion, Woodlands and Menlyn. Non of them are evening willing to find out from their supplier or manufacturer about battery replacement. This product lasted just over 1 year. The staff members take down my phone number but never contact me. The worst branch is the Centurion branch, their staff have an absolute don't care attitude. I have told them I am willing to pay for the battery replacement, I'm not expecting it for free. I will never purchase anything from Incredible connection due to their lack of customer service and after sales service.
