Refusal to take in damaged product

I got myself the Samsung S4 in mid August, and already my battery is giving me problems. Its off within 10 to 15 minutes and its inflating as if it is going to burst. One of your consultants in Bank City Jhb, a light skinned lady refused to take my phone in for assessments, said it was over charging from my side, she has got no proof of this and she's not qualified to assume such nonsense. I complained on MTN's facebook page and was told to take my phone in to their repair centre. My phone was repaired and taken care of in a matter of 1 day, my battery was replaced as well with no additional charges, and they went the extra mile by fixing my screen which had a crack. Thank you to the repair centre in Crown Mines, you made up for the poor service from Bank City. In future can we let technicians do their job in determining faults when it comes to our handsets, not a consultant sitting behind a counter.
