It has been four days and no technician has come to see a fault that was logged on 31/10/2013 at 14h35 with ref no: 782CNZ311013 and sent as a text message to Miss R Mahlambi.
I have been told that it might be as late as Wednesday (06/11/2013) next week before this problem is sorted out. Could somebody tell me why there is such a delay? I desperately need to use the landline to make calls.
This faulty telephone line is a problem that I didn't anticipate.
