I've given up with you guys. My internet last worked on the 13th of September, My account has been cancelled already, But still I need to pay over R2000 for a mistake that you have made??? I want to switch service providers but I can't because you people are to useless to do anything right and takes so long to switch my line to a BETTER service provider. You guys can truthfully and with a smile on your face go yourself. I'm happy to pay for the use of the internet up until the 13th of September and for the line rental, but after that you won't get a cent out of me!!! Hatred doesn't even come close to what I feel. Stop being so lazy and do your work!! If only someone can contact me so we can discuss the issues, but it's too much effort for you. Even if I try to phone you from my Cellphone there is no answer and it is costing me money, that I actually need to claim back from you.
