In May this year I cancelled my Telkom line. ADSL and line rental. Every month since then they have taken debit orders from me without my consent. It takes 20 - 40 minutes on the phone whenever I phone them to get someone to understand my problem and nothing gets done. Then I go to a Telkom store in Cape Gate and they are unwilling/able to help. You are the most incompetent, useless gathering of people to roam this planet. When will you stop from me and give me my money back???
