This is now the second complaint, as my first one which was more than six months ago has still not been attended to!!
My 8ta 3g signal is constantly dropping every 5 mins and then disconnects! This has been going on for a year now and quite frankly i'm sick of this shocking service! After my previous complaint i got one lousy e-mail from 8ta asking me the nature of my complaint and the details, which i provided! And since then, i have heard nothing and that was over 6 months ago!
Can someone please tell me what is going on with your 3g service as i see this website is littered with complaints the same as mine, and yet nothing seems to get sorted out! Fix it!
Or can you at least just get back to your customers??? We are after all paying your salaries!
