Refusal for Refund

I have been paying for a contract for more than a year without my knowledge as the account was sent to my previous email.
Even after visiting the branch and questioning why my payments are so high, I was not informed that I have two active accounts on my name. I even capped my calls...
After strenuous calls to the call centre, they are still not prepared to give me my money back.
I did not have the phone, nor the SIM and have been paying for something I could not use.

Furthermore, the communication I received from the different people has been inconsistent as I've been told numerous times during the process that procedure has not been followed at the branch, etc, Lastly, after continuously having to plead for feedback, I'm told very politely to go fly a kite and that nothing can be done!!!

I'll have to revert my complaint to the ombudsman if the matter is not resolved and I cannot get my money back.

I will not be using Nashua Mobile after my contract (S) expires.
