Disappointed In Telkom Again

Yet again disappointed by Telkom.

According to Telkom I was able to receive a 4mg service in my area but after 3 weeks of contacting their call center and getting mixed and confusing responses I am told that 4mg service is not available in my area. Whats worse is I have been invoiced for this 4mg service and been having a to get them to credit that invoice. This is just frustrating. I hate that you can never get through to the call center and their service is pathetic. You are on hold for up 20 min and then you get different answers from the call center. Really dont what to do. Feel like we are being monopolized.
