My parents phone lines and internet was 'switched off last week because they accidentally short paid their bill with R5.00, okay fair enough, but what gets me is what they do next!

After my dad went in to pay the outstanding R5.00 they were 'switched off' again. Earlier today they sent Telkom a proof of payment from my grandparents house, I have no idea why they have to do this when the account was paid in the Branch itself. After they received the fax, my parents were connected again. Just after an hour has passed the incompetent accounts of Telkom phone my dad and threaten to disconnect him yet again due to an outstanding bill. There is no money owed to them! It boils my blood to see how useless a company can be! I hope that they get their facts straight before they threaten clients!
