Still awaiting a response as of the 4th Octobe

Needless to say I am still awaiting a response from Virgin Mobile regarding the money then had taken from my account, But you guys still have the to take more money from my account on the 25th. But that's not even the cherry on the top. I had changed my banking details on the 4th October when I noticed that you guys had double debited my account. But surprise you guys still debited from my old account!!! (I have no words left to say) You guys don't pay attention to anything and your turnaround time seems to be one month, cause this was raised on the 4th October. I received an email requesting my contact details so youll could call me I give them too you and still don't get a call. I send emails and call and nobody bothers to contact me. I was on the phone with your call centre for a hour on Saturday and nobody seems to know what they are doing.

I am getting really very upset now. And would like for someone in this company to actual do their job...!!!
