All i want to do is cancel my existing contract and take out a new 1 since im only 17months with the contract i am unable to upgrade. I need to do it this way in order to keep my number. Between the call centre and Store itself (Kempton Park Festival mall & Telkom direct Woodlands Pretoria East) they pass the buck!
The Call Centre says i can only get the price of cancellation at Store, Store says i can only get the price from call centre . up to now ive have had numerous back and forth conversations with Call centre. i am willing to pay whatever price, i need to know what the price is! and can i keep my number? im not prepared to go to another store who will give me a different answer or who will pass the buck!
